Angry Birds requires OpenGL 1.3 or later to run. Please try updating your graphics card's drivers to the latest available version from the manufacturer's website.
If your drivers are up to date and you still get this error, you can use a program called Realtechvr GLview to see if your system supports OpenGL 1.3. You can download Realtechvr GLview http://www.realtech-vr.com/glview/download.html
